Compacting-dies

Compressor dies are used for compacting of cables and wire ropes. The optimal design of the geometry ensures high quality of the cable which has to be produced. High surface quality of the compressor die reduces the friction and thus increases the life of the tool. Compressor dies are available in carbide ceramic materials as well as in versions with various coatings, such as Tic-Tin, DLC and diamond coating. We also manufacture compressor dies in split execution.To minimize friction dies with coating are also available.
